1. Scope
This notice describes how AceGenX Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd ("AceGenX", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, our sales conversations, and our service-delivery activities. It applies to information about prospective and existing customers, their nominated contacts, and visitors to acegenx.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us when you fill the contact form, email us, or sign a proposal: name, work email, company, phone, role, and the message content.
- Service-account details needed to deliver the engagement: business addresses, billing contacts, authorised signatories, and the technical contacts you nominate for ticketing.
- Operational telemetry from devices and services we manage on your behalf — only what is required to deliver the SLA (asset inventory, patch status, ticket history). Scope is defined in the master services agreement.
- Site analytics if and when we deploy them: aggregated page views, country-level geography, and referring source. No third-party tracking is installed at the time of writing.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver, support, and bill the contracted services.
- To meet legal, tax, and audit obligations applicable to a company incorporated in India.
- Occasionally, to share product updates or thought leadership we believe is relevant to your role. You can opt out at any time by replying to any such message.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with parties that need it to deliver the service you have contracted: our OEM partners for warranty and licensing, our service-desk platform, accounting and payroll providers, and government bodies where the law requires. Each is bound by contract to use the information only for the specified purpose.
5. Retention
Enquiry information is retained for 24 months from last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract plus the statutory period required for audit and tax (currently eight years in India).
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to the legal retention period above). Send the request from the email address on record to sales@acegenx.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We hold personal information on systems hosted in India and Singapore, secured with TLS in transit, access controls scoped to least-privilege, and quarterly review of administrative access. We will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.
